Initiating Process!

 

The Initiation Phase is the first process of the project management life cycle and includes preparation of the Project Charter, development of the Preliminary Scope Statement as well as facilitation of Project Scope Defintion workshop that is typically attended by the stakeholders, management and is usually facilitated by the Business Analyst or Project Manager.
